Inishmore, Aran Islands, Ireland

There are three Aran Islands. The one I’ve been to three times is Inishmore. I never get sick of going there, although the ferry ride there is sometimes extremely rough. I, thankfully, do not get sea sick, but I’ve seen many people have to run to the back of the ferry. Anyway, this is one of my favorite destinations because of the ruggedness. There is a fort called Dún Aonghasa with amazing views, and there is this area called The Wormhole, which tour guides don’t always take you to based on the weather and the danger associated with that whether. I luckily got to go once and got some amazing views.

This dog, Podge, was pretty much our tour guide. He took us around everywhere, from the forts to the worm hole.

The Worm Hole is absolutely mesmerizing. However, tour guides won't take you when the weather is bad due to dangerous conditions. At certain points of the year, they hold diving contests in that natural pool!
